1 Introduction & Definitions

xbgee is a mobile-first online entertainment and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document ("Terms") forms a legal agreement between xbgee ("Platform", "we", "our") and the registered user ("you", "Member").

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the xbgee website, mobile version, and all of its services.
• "Member" refers to any person who is registered and active on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to a Member's personal profile and the financial information associated with it.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits issued by xbgee, which cannot be withdrawn before specific conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition specifying the total amount a Member must wager before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Fair Play" refers to the commitment to conducting all games and activities in an honest and impartial manner.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use the xbgee platform, a Member must meet the following eligibility conditions:

• The Member must be at least 21 years old — for 21+ only.
• The Member must hold a valid national identity card or passport.
• The Member must actively agree to comply with these Terms.
• Only one account may be registered per person.
• Any person whose account has been banned by a court or competent authority may not use the platform.

3 Account Registration

When opening an account on xbgee, the Member must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.

3.1 Registration Process

During registration, the Member must provide their correct full name, date of birth, active mobile number, and a secure password. Additional documents may be requested later for identity verification.

3.2 Account Security

Each Member is fully responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) secure. Sharing account details with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, our support team must be notified immediately.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and the balances of both accounts may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to financial transactions on the xbgee platform:

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (the same for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket — only these three mobile wallet methods are supported.
• When making a deposit, the Member must use a mobile wallet registered in their own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Average withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile wallet from which the deposit was made.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If any identity verification is pending, withdrawals may be temporarily delayed.

4.3 Transaction Verification

xbgee reserves the right to verify any unusual or suspicious transaction. Additional documents may be requested to help prevent potential fraud or money laundering.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

xbgee offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum) → total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus portion only — not on the deposit plus bonus combined). For example:

• If a Member violates the bonus terms, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the xbgee platform — slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games — are governed by specific rules.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All of our games are operated under a fair play policy. Results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is free from bias and manipulation.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or server issue, the bets for that round will be voided and the deposited amount will be refunded. xbgee is not liable for claimed winnings resulting from technical failures.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit may apply to specific games or market types. This limit will be stated on the relevant game page or in the rules section.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbgee platform and may result in account cancellation:

• Bonus abuse or placing bets with the intent to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Using multiple accounts through a single strategy to gain bonus advantages.
• Using unauthorized software, bots, or automated tools.
• Deliberately attempting to exploit technical errors in the platform.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward xbgee staff.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

8 Data Privacy

In short, we use member information only for operating the service, verifying identity, and meeting legal obligations. No data is sold to any third party.

9 Security & Encryption

xbgee uses SSL encryption for all data transmission. Members' financial information and personal details are stored on secure servers.

Members are advised to take the following steps to ensure their security:

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Do not share your account details with anyone.
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.
• After logging out, make sure the session is fully closed.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

xbgee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• A responsible gaming request or self-exclusion application.

An attempt will be made to notify the Member before account closure. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.

10.1 Self-Exclusion

11 Limitation of Liability

xbgee does not accept liability for the following:

• Games being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If a member suffers a loss due to a problem with their own device or software.
• Issues caused by technical failures on the part of third parties.
• Unauthorized access resulting from a member's failure to properly secure their login credentials.
• Any financial loss resulting from gambling.

xbgee is an entertainment platform. Gambling carries financial risk. Members are expected to participate consciously and responsibly.

11.1 Maximum Limit of Liability

For any reason, xbgee's liability is limited to a maximum of the amount the member deposited on the platform in the 30 days prior to the incident.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the xbgee platform — logos, designs, game interfaces, text, graphics, software code, and other elements — is the intellectual property of xbgee or its licensors.

Members may use the platform for personal entertainment purposes, but the following activities are prohibited:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the platform.
• Using any element of the platform for commercial purposes.
• Creating third-party platforms that imitate xbgee's brand identity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile the software.

13 Terms and Conditions Changes

xbgee reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. Members are therefore advised to review this page regularly.
